First Thing’s First: Interview

Dive Right In
SIX MONTHS OF TRAINING
Dive right in with immersive training to learn the JUUT way from our best artists while earning $13.50 per hour!
You will gain two paid days of training per week for approximately the first six months of your employment to hone your skills in cutting, styling, color and textured hair.
In addition, you will spend three days a week working on clients with the support of a mentor by your side. You will earn $13.50 per hour + tips and retail commission.
You will be promoted to Studio Artist following the six month training program. After the completion of your training program, your Salon Manager will work with you to create the best schedule for work / life balance while guiding you to build your business.
As a Studio Artist you will earn 45% commission and the chance to earn an additional 4% with high performance. The opportunity to earn retail commission and tips will continue as you progress on your journey.

On average, our artists work four days or 32 hours per week. In just five years our average Artist earns $69k or $41 per hour. This increases at year six to an average of $87k or $52 per hour!
