Chloe is originally from Iowa. She moved to Phoenix to escape the cold and snow and also knew she wanted to start her hair career in a bigger city. She started her hair career in 2011 at Carsten Aveda Institute in Tempe. Chloe is trained in the French cutting technique which allows for a personalized consultation to create the perfect look customized for you! She has been doing both cut and color her entire career! With color she loves creating natural lived in looks but she enjoys creating bright bold looks as well.  If you have curls, Chloe is your girl!
