    Alicia started her career at Juut in 2009 as a Guest Service team member. She transferred to the Wayzata location in 2011 and was promoted to Assistant Manager in 2018. Alicia’s role at the salon is to ensure each guest receives exemplary guest service and to lead the Guest Service team. Along her journey at Juut, she has participated in the following training and education opportunities:

    • Juut Train the Trainer
    • Conflict resolution
    • Guest relation training with Lance Courteney
    • Participant in committee focused on elevating and evolving the Juut customer experience
    • Co-captain of diversity, equality, and inclusion task force
