Chloe is originally from Iowa. She moved to Phoenix to escape the cold and snow and also knew she wanted to start her hair career in a bigger city. She started her hair career in 2011 at Carsten Aveda Institute in Tempe. Chloe is trained in the French cutting technique which allows for a personalized consultation to create the perfect look customized for you! She has been doing both cut and color her entire career!
