Gretchen listens to her guests and gives them the color they are looking for, whether it is subtle highlights, bold contrast, conservative or trendy. She works with every guest’s lifestyle and skin/eye coloring while maintaining the integrity of their hair. She tends to be a perfectionist and is consistent in her work. She loves it when her guests feel better about themselves because they have a fresh new color!
