JAE WILSON

According to Confucius, “Choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life”. With those words in mind, Jae began her training at the Aveda Institute Des Moines in 2010 and feels like she hasn’t “worked” a day since. After graduation she continued to develop her skills and technique through advanced training and classes while working as a stylist for five years in Omaha, Nebraska. Her dedication to learning and growing as a stylist lead her to Juut Salon in St. Paul in the spring of 2017. One of the things she loves about Juut is their Daymaker philosophy, which empowers her to collaborate with you on your desired look in order to deliver the customized hairstyle you desire. Jae is very comfortable working with all types of hair, from curly to straight, fine to coarse, short to long, and thin to thick. She loves creating shapes that work well with your hair density and type to compliment your best features. Her free time is spent exploring the cities, cooking, traveling internationally (she speaks Russian), and hanging out with her friends, family, and dog (Nadya).
