Cancellation Policy: If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with fewer than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged 50% of your scheduled visit cost. If you do not provide any cancellation notice prior to your appointment start time, you will be charged 100% of your scheduled visit cost.

A credit card is required at the time of booking for all services. Your card details will be used in accordance with the cancellation and no-show policy. By providing your credit card at the time of booking, you acknowledge that you have been made aware of the cancellation policy and understand that in the event that you do not provide the required notice, your card on file will be charged and you will receive notice of this charge from the salon.

Our cancellation policy is in place to provide a predictable livelihood for our artists. Please contact us if you have any further questions regarding our cancellation policy.

Service Adjustment Policy: It is important to us that you are happy with your service at JUUT.  However, if you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 14 days of your original appointment so we can offer an adjustment service.  In most cases this is a complimentary service unless the service plan has changed.  If this is the case there may be an additional charge. In order to schedule your adjustment, call or text the salon you received your service at. You will find our phone numbers here.

Return Policy: We are happy to accept returns or exchanges on all JUUT retail and Aveda product purchases with a valid JUUT receipt within 30 days of the original purchase date. We will refund the original form of payment unable to exchange the item(s) for another retail item. Items returned without a receipt or over 30 days from purchase are eligible for exchange or in-store credit in the form of a JUUT Salonspa gift card. All gift cards issues, received, or purchased are non-refundable.
