Cancellation Policy: If you miss your appointment and provide less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service cost. If you do not provide any notice prior to missing your appointment, you will be charged 100% of your scheduled service cost. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment and provide more than 24 hours’ notice, you will not be charged. Our cancellation policy is in place to provide a predictable livelihood for our artists. Thank you so much for your understanding!

Service Adjustment Policy: It is important to us that you are happy with your service at JUUT.  However, if you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 14 days of your original appointment so we can offer an adjustment service.  In most cases this is a complimentary service unless the service plan has changed.  If this is the case there may be an additional charge. In order to schedule your adjustment, call or text the salon you received your service at. You will find our phone numbers here.

Return Policy: We are happy to accept returns or exchanges on all JUUT retail and Aveda product purchases with a valid JUUT receipt within 30 days of the original purchase date. We will refund the original form of payment unable to exchange the item(s) for another retail item. Items returned without a receipt or over 30 days from purchase are eligible for exchange or in-store credit in the form of a JUUT Salonspa gift card. All gift cards issues, received, or purchased are non-refundable.
