Scout’s love for hair started early—from giving her Barbies fresh new looks to styling friends for prom, she’s always been drawn to the art of transformation. Today, that same joy fuels her work behind the chair. Scout finds true fulfillment in meeting new guests and helping each one feel like the most beautiful version of themselves. Her goal is for every guest to leave feeling refreshed, confident, and genuinely cared for.

Outside the salon, Scout enjoys spending time with friends, watching great movies, and cozying up with her cat.
