My favorite thing to do is create a look that best compliments your lifestyle and the time and effort you’re willing to put into your hair. Your style should work for you, not against you! One of the most common phrases I hear from my guests is “my haircut grew out so well!”

Professional Interests

• Men’s Haircuts:
  • from clipper cuts to long hockey flows – I love my guys!
• Women’s Haircuts:
  • One-length to Shags and everything in-between
  • Comfortable with thick hair – if you have never seen me before, please ask for extra time if you know you have a lot of hair!
  • Love a good fringe!
  • Bobs and Lobs are my most requested styles
  • Pixies and Short Shapes
  • Natural waves and curls are so beautiful!
• Donating hair/big transformations – PLEASE ASK FOR EXTRA TIME for these services! It often requires extra prep time for cutting the donated hair, along with a more extensive consultation.
• Wig Care – wigs often come from the manufacturer with a rough general shape and uneven lines. That said, you’ll want to have the wig cut professionally for a cleaner, more personalized shape. Guests who have wigs also love to come in for a good wash and a light reshape, as the hair can slowly slip making it uneven or wonky over time.
• Styling:
  • Updos/Special Occasion Styling
  • Teaching clients to use their flat iron for more than just straightening the hair. If you master the use of a flat iron, it will be the only hot tool you’ll ever need!

Personal Interests

• Family is everything – that includes four-legged family members! (dog person)
• Activities:
  • Volleyball, snowboarding, walking around Como Park
  • Watching all the sports with my Pittsburgh-loving husband, either at home or our nearest dive bar (Steelers home of course)
  • Organizing my home makes me feel accomplished and at peace. Cluttered surroundings make me stressed!
