Lou attended cosmetology school at the Aveda Institute in Minneapolis, finishing in February of 2020 they began their career at the start of the pandemic. They were drawn into the hair industry as a care field—it is tactile, visual, and a way for people to explore their sense of self.
Lou wants to make sure you feel heard and strives to create a grounding atmosphere. They are excited to work with people less familiar with salon settings, introverts, and people who identify as neurodivergent. Whether you are going for a big change or a routine trim, they ensure you are included throughout the process and know what to expect.
Lou enjoys working with your natural texture, doing short cuts, blowouts and collaborating to find a cut, style, or hair plan that fits your life and hair journey.
Outside of the salon Lou likes reading books, listening to songs on repeat, soup, tea, learning to ice skate, and going for walks around lakes.
We’ll share the latest beauty and wellness insights, artist stories, and special offers with you.
