Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your appointment with fewer than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service cost. If you do not provide any notice prior to missing your appointment, you will be charged 100% of your scheduled service cost. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment and provide more than 24 hours’ notice, you will not be charged. Our cancellation policy is in place to provide a predictable livelihood for our artists. Service Adjustment Policy: It is important to us that you are happy with your service at JUUT. However, if you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 14 days of your original appointment so we can offer an adjustment service. In most cases this is a complimentary service unless the service plan has changed. If this is the case there may be an additional charge. In order to schedule your adjustment, call or text the salon you received your service.
Return Policy: We are happy to accept returns or exchanges on all JUUT retail and Aveda product purchases with a valid JUUT receipt within 30 days of the original purchase date. We will refund the original form of payment if we are unable to exchange the item(s) for another retail item. Items returned without a receipt or over 30 days from purchase are eligible for exchange or in-store credit in the form of a JUUT Salonspa gift card. All gift cards issues, received, or purchased are non-refundable.
Bang & Neck Trims: Bang and neck trims are available to receive within six weeks of your last haircut visit. The rate for this service starts at $15 and will vary based on the level of your artist.
As part of our commitment to ensuring your safety and satisfaction, we would like to inform you about an optional hair color patch test.
Why is a patch test offered? A patch test is a small sample of hair color applied to a discreet area of your skin (typically behind the ear or on the inside of the elbow). This test helps us ensure that the hair color is safe for you to use, as some people may have sensitivities or allergic reactions to certain ingredients in hair color.
Risks of hair color services: While rare, allergic reactions to hair color can occur. Symptoms might include itching, swelling, redness, or even more severe reactions. The patch test helps reduce these risks by allowing us to identify any sensitivities before applying color to your entire head.
Why should you consider a patch test? We offer a patch test to every client, every time, any time. You may especially consider a patch test if you are coloring your hair for the first time or haven’t had color services in a while.
Availability of patch tests: If you would like a patch test, you may book one with us at any time. This service does need to be scheduled and should be completed 24 hours prior to a hair color service occurring.
